This is an original WWII era AP wire photo showing Hitler visiting a navy yard.  It is date stamped September 23, 1939.  Adhered to the reverse is a copy of the original newspaper article photo was used for.  Has press stamps to the reverse.  Measures about 8x10".  The image is blurry which is typical from having been sent over the wire.  It was artist enhanced for publication.
